As a Fit4Less Host, you will provide exceptional service while adhering to cleaning protocols. Your daily tasks will include ensuring a tidy workout space and assisting members with their fitness journeys. This role promotes a team-oriented approach to customer support and cleanliness within the gym.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and uphold gym standards throughout shifts
• Welcome members and provide friendly assistance
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
• Educate guests about memberships and amenities
• Report any issues following standard procedures
Requirements:
• High School diploma, or ongoing education
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer background
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A & AED certifications preferred
• Solid ability to handle stress and maintain focus
