SHOP HAND (WELLSERVICE) – EAST SHOP (GPC)

The Shop Hand is responsible for performing daily shopduties and make decisions concerning prioritization in accomplishing assignedtasks.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure thatTrican's core value, "Safe equipment and operations" is thepriority in all activities
- Ensure the shopis clean and organized at all times
- Operate overheadhoist
- Maintain andoperate various power hand tools
- Work extendedhours periodically and be available for after-hours call-ins




- Report any safetyor mechanical deficiencies or other areas of concern to supervisor
- Operate allequipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Occasional hotshots of parts or equipment to field locations

Experience & Skills:

- Valid Class 5Driver's licence is required
- High schooldiploma is an asset
- Safe drivingskills; driver’s abstract will be requested
- Physically fit –heavy lifting required
- Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid leadershipand managerial skills
- Skilled inproblem-solving techniques
