About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) and General Counsel to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a key figure in leading operational performance across the organization's diverse portfolio, ensuring efficient and compliant operations that align with long-term objectives. This dual role requires a collaborative and commercially minded executive with a strong background in operational leadership, governance, and legal frameworks. A minimum of 5-7 years' of executive leadership experience, particularly in multi-entity or group of companies structures, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership, risk management, and building strategic partnerships. Key competencies include executive leadership, strategic execution, financial acumen, and a solid understanding of Indigenous cultural awareness and community partnership. The role demands a leader who can balance commercial priorities with Indigenous values, foster operational excellence, and ensure the organization is positioned for sustainable growth and success.
