As a Seasonal Host from October to early April, you will report to the Floor Supervisor or Restaurant Manager. Candidates should have six or more months of relevant experience in a restaurant or customer service role. Effective organizational and communication skills are crucial for ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and seat guests as they arrive
• Manage table assignments and waitlists efficiently
• Escort guests while communicating wait times
• Ensure host areas are organized and welcoming
• Support the team by delivering food and drinks when busy
Requirements:
• At least 6 months of experience in hospitality
• Serving It Right Certificate required
• Ability to lift 25lbs and assist with duties
• Comfortable in quick-paced settings
• Ski resort experience is advantageous
