Duties and responsibilities

- Prioritize providing exceptional customer service to deliver a positive customer experience thereby cultivating a positive reputation for the company and fostering customer loyalty.
- Packing bread and pastries into boxes quickly.
- Following a list to ensure that orders are properly picked.
- Cleaning bakery equipment in a timely manner.
- Ensuring a clean work area.
- Following directions as given.
- RepresentingICS both in and out of the store.
- Adheres to all food safety protocols, standard operating procedures, health and safety policies, and other programs and initiatives.
- Other duties as required.

Experience & Education

We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.

Ideal candidates may have:

- Previous bakery or food production experience
- A High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- A desire to build a long-term career in the baking or food production industry

Schedule

- Full-Time Position (5 days a week)
- Typical shift is 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Open availability preferred
- Mornings, weekends, and statutory holidays required

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on role that requires:

- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
- Working around ovens, mixers, flour, and baking ingredients
- Occasional work in coolers and freezers
