Provide accounting and analytical support to the accounting department Provide reporting for profitability and cost analysis Support budget preparation and performance measurement Administer the catalog of cost centers Type accurately and prepare and maintain accounting documents and records Prepare orders, general ledger postings and statements Reconcile accounts in a timely manner Enter key data of financial transactions into the database daily Inform management and compile reports and summaries on activity areas Work in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws Analyze information and prepare deliverables such as reports and processes Develop specific projects within the Accounting department Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure area results Maintain regular contact with other company areas and interact across different hierarchical levels Requirements

1-5 years relevant experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures Competency in MS Office, including Excel,



Access and Power BI Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports Accuracy and attention to detail Aptitude for numbers Experience using SAP modules FI/CO is a plus Master's degree or relevant certification is an asset Core Competencies
