We are looking for an experienced Product Design Lead (UX/UI) to join a growing Product Team and take ownership of the end-to-end user experience across a complex, multi-surface platform.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining product design, design systems, team leadership, and strategic thinking. You will help define how products are experienced while establishing the structure, standards, and interaction patterns that allow the experience to remain consistent, intuitive, and scalable as the platform evolves.

Job Responsibilities:

- Define and evolve the overall product experience across multiple customer, partner, and internal touchpoints.
- Design high-impact user experiences while establishing scalable structures and interaction patterns.
- Lead and mentor a small team of product designers.
- Establish and maintain design standards and contribute to the development of design systems.
- Translate complex systems and workflows into simple, intuitive, and dependable user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and operational teams to bring concepts from strategy through development.
- Create development-ready design assets and ensure consistency across product surfaces.
- Contribute to product direction and influence how user experience decisions are made across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve the product experience and take initiative to move ideas forward.
- Participate in defining critical product moments where usability, clarity, and reliability are essential.
- Interpret AI-driven design inputs and translate them into compelling and intuitive product experiences.

Job Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience designing digital products.




- 3+ years of experience leading a team of designers.
- Strong experience designing consumer-grade digital products where clarity and simplicity are critical.
- Experience designing across multiple product surfaces and touchpoints.
- Proven ability to lead designers in a fast-paced product environment.
- Experience contributing to or building design systems and scalable interaction patterns.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience.
- Strong understanding of UX and UI principles, user-centered design, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and operational teams.
- Robust ability to simplify complex systems and translate them into intuitive experiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
