At Altea Active, we are looking for passionate individuals to contribute to our aquatic programs as Lifeguards and Swim Instructors. Your focus will be on maintaining safety and creating a vibrant setting for all participants. Engage clients through personalized lessons, oversee pool conditions, and respond to any emergencies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety of all swimmers in the facility
• Plan and execute age-appropriate swim instruction
• Keep pool areas organized and hygienic
• Assist members with inquiries in a professional manner




• Maintain accurate records of class participation and incidents
Requirements:
• Current Swim for Life Instructor and National Lifeguard certifications
• CPR/First Aid certification must be maintained
• Provide a recent Criminal Background Check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
