• Prepare menus and other materials for service readiness
• Oversee and manage reservations using SevenRooms
• Collaborate with the Manager to optimize seating plans
• Provide essential support to various team members
Requirements:
• Smart Serve Certification required for this role
• Experience in rapid-paced restaurant or club settings preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Familiarity with reservation systems desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills under pressure
