Youth Unlimited YFC exists to help young people in Southwestern Ontario experience hope and attain their full life potential by showing love and care for their whole person and encouraging them to know, follow, and serve God.What You Will DoWe are looking for a passionate and community-minded leader to serve as a Satellite Director, providing leadership and oversight for the development and growth of all ministry initiatives within the satellite. This role includes supervisory support and encouragement to satellite staff, committee members, and volunteers while fostering a healthy, collaborative ministry environment. The successful candidate will have a heart for youth, strong leadership abilities, and the vision to build meaningful ministry opportunities that meet the needs of youth within the local community. This role combines youth ministry, staff leadership, fundraising, volunteer development, administration, and community engagement. As the primary representative and spokesperson of the satellite ministry, you will build relationships within the broader community and communicate the vision, mission, and impact of Youth Unlimited YFC to churches, supporters, service clubs, industry contacts, and community stakeholders.You Will:Provide leadership and oversight for all satellite ministry initiativesWork directly with youth and participate in at least one specific ministry programProvide supervisory support, encouragement, and accountability to satellite staff and volunteersRecruit, screen, orient, and support ministry volunteersRecruit, maintain, and nurture members of the Satellite CommitteeAttend monthly satellite staff meetings, bi-monthly chapter-wide supervisors and staff meetings,
