You will quickly process transactions, assist customers with product inquiries, and ensure an organized cash wrap. Your role includes collaborating closely with store leaders to deliver outstanding service and maintain store standards throughout your shifts during the holiday period.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process orders using the POS system
• Achieve credit card and email capture targets
• Provide respectful and professional customer support
• Keep cash wrap area safe and tidy
• Reinforce merchandising standards on the sales floor
Requirements:
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication abilities
• Capability to lift 50 pounds
• Must work weekends surrounding the holidays
• Available part time for weekend shifts and one weekday
