As an Independent Living Assistant, you will ensure a clean and safe environment while assisting residents with personal care and household tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Follow all operational policies and regulations
• Assist residents with laundry and personal care services




• Maintain cleanliness and safety in living areas
• Setup dining room and assist in the kitchen
• Notify supervisors about changes in residents’ conditions
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Active registration in the CLHA
• Experience in housekeeping or meal service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fit to work closely with seniors and individuals with challenges
