We’re looking for a hands-on Mobile Product Manager with a primary focus on Firefox for iOS, while also contributing across mobile (including Android)

This role is about building a better browser, turning downloads into loyal users, and creating experiences that truly stand out. If you’ve shipped mobile apps, obsess over details that improve everyday use, and love turning user insights into real improvements, this is a outstanding opportunity to drive impact at Firefox

Build a fundamentally better browser experience: fix bugs, refine UI and navigation, improve downloads, menus, performance, and all the small details that make Firefox noticeably better for users who care about privacy, quality and reliability

Drive strong activation and retention: focus on the new-user journey, quickly hooking people after they install the app, understanding where they drop off, and relentlessly optimizing the funnel through data, testing and iteration

Deliver differentiating features and experiences that make Firefox stickier for key user groups, the kinds of things others can’t or won’t build

Work closely with engineers, designers, data science and TPMs to ship high-impact improvements while balancing user needs, technical constraints, privacy and performance goals

Stay deeply connected to real users: track App Store trends and discussions, test apps hands-on, analyze reviews and analytics, and turn those insights into concrete enhancements for Firefox on iOS and Android

Monitor app health in App Store Connect and Google Play Console (crashes, ANRs, ratings) and support acquisition/retention efforts through ASO, store listings and growth experiments

Adapt and optimize Firefox for global markets (Europe, Japan, Asia etc.), keeping cultural differences and local realities like data constraints in mind

Benefits

Health and wellness: Mozilla covers medical, dental and vision plan premiums at 100% for U.S. and Canadian employees.

Our offerings give you the options you need to manage your health — and your family’s — the way you want.

Mental health: Mental health is as important as our physical health. That’s why Mozilla’s health benefits include therapy and coaching sessions to make sure our people have access to the care they need.

Time away: With all of life’s demands, time away from work to disconnect and recharge is essential. In addition to country-specific holidays (12 in the U.S. and Canada), vacation and sick time start accruing right away (specifics vary by country). Everyone also takes a pause together on quarterly all-company wellness days, plus you get to celebrate the most personal holiday of all: your birthday.

Parental leave: While Mozilla’s parental leave policies vary globally, our U.S. and Canadian-based employees can look forward to 26 weeks of paid leave for childbearing parents and 12 weeks of paid leave for non-childbearing parents.

Financial: Mozilla is a private company, so our compensation isn’t tied to stock options or equity plans. Instead, we offer generous, performance-based bonus plans to all regular employees to underscore that we share in our success as one team. As for retirement savings for US and Canadian employees, Mozilla contributes a percentage of your eligible base salary each year to the 401(k) Plan/RRSP (regardless of whether you contribute or not), with 100% vesting.

Learning and development: We’re big believers in learning by doing, and we also want to invest in your education and development beyond your role. Every employee is eligible for an annual professional development budget.

Mozillians can put it toward technical or management training, certifications, conferences and more.

Help when you need it: Life is full of surprises; that’s why it’s important to be prepared. Mozilla provides Life/AD&D; and Short and Long Term Disability insurance (offerings may vary by locale) to ensure that you and your family will have a safety net in place should you ever need it.

Plus a bit more: A few other benefits include a quarterly wellbeing stipend (to use on those things just for you), an employee referral bonus, internet reimbursement if you’re remote, and a budget for office essentials to make working remotely ergonomically comfortable.

Data-Driven Iteration: Comfort using analytics, funnels, A/B testing and user feedback to improve activation, retention and overall product quality

User Obsession: Natural habit of studying apps, following trends on platforms like X/Twitter and Reddit, and testing experiences yourself to uncover opportunities

Global & Growth Mindset: Interest or experience growing products in international markets with sensitivity to local user needs

Proven Shipping Experience: Hands-on experience launching or managing apps on the iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store, with clear impact on user experience and metrics

Mobile & Browser Fluency: Deep understanding of iOS (and ideally Android) ecosystems, app store policies and web browser technologies, with genuine passion for what makes a great browsing experience

Execution Focus: A strong track record of delivering features and improvements under deadlines through effective collaboration with engineering, design and cross-functional partners

Experience with mobile browsers or privacy-focused products

Currently maintaining your own side project or app on the App Store or Google Play

History of meaningfully scaling an app’s user base
