You will collaborate directly with teachers to develop and implement individualized programs that enhance each student’s learning and independence. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver support based on individualized education plans
• Reinforce learning strategies as directed by teachers




• Track student progress and behavioral challenges
• Engage in collaborative planning for student development
• Support students in daily personal care routines
Requirements:
• Certificate in Educational Assistance or similar field
• At least one year of experience with challenging behavior students
• Training in CPR/First Aid is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capability to handle physical tasks effectively
