About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and thorough Insurance Claims Investigator to join their fully remote team. This role is essential for verifying the accuracy and legitimacy of insurance claims, preventing fraud, and ensuring that payouts are fair and justified. You will conduct detailed investigations, gather evidence, interview relevant parties, and prepare comprehensive reports to support claims decisions. Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious or complex insurance claims across different policy types. Gather and analyze evidence, including documents, statements, and physical evidence, to determine claim validity. Interview claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties in a professional and objective manner. Prepare detailed and objective investigation reports with findings and recommendations. Collaborate with claims adjusters, legal counsel,



and law enforcement when necessary. Identify potential instances of insurance fraud and assist in its prevention and detection. Requirements

Proven experience as a Claims Investigator , Fraud Investigator, or in a related investigative role, preferably within the insurance sector. Strong understanding of investigative techniques, evidence collection, and report writing. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to conduct interviews and gather information effectively and discreetly. Proficiency in research methods and relevant investigative tools/software.
