The research analyst’s core responsibilities revolves around handling requests from consultants and supporting seniors in the team in developing internal products and services. The analyst also handles some knowledge management and admin tasks to help the team manage its portfolio of services.What You’ll DoSupport requests from all project and business development teamsIndependently handle low complexity of requests with minimal to no guidance from seniorsSupport the team in developing internal products and services across industriesPresent findings in a clear and structured wayDeliver error-free and exhaustive research outcomesDevelop knowledge on the industries supported to build subject matter expertise path through ongoing learning and developmentDeliver timely and consistent admin-based tasksMaster all internal processes in the team and identify opportunities for improvementSupport seniors in handling projects’ wrap-up and related knowledge management effortsHow You’ll GrowWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
