Since 2012, EdenPark has serviced a wide network of automobile dealers and tens of thousands of consumers from coast to coast.Join Eden Park as a Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Projects reporting to Michael Scotland and be part of our talented and growing team!About the role Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Projects drives cross‐functional collaboration to deliver high‐impact initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and align with strategic goals. Acting as both a subject matter expert and project manager, this role serves as the primary liaison with key vendor partners, including providers of Loan Origination and Loan Management Systems. You will lead coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective solutions and projects stay on track. Additionally, you will evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies, while keeping senior leadership informed of progress and outcomes.Accountabilities include Manage assigned projectsOutline objectives, initiate discovery, recommend courses of actionSet meetings with stakeholders, set agendas, record minutes, capture takeaways, follow up with stakeholders on action itemsCreate detailed project plans, including key milestones, timelines, dependencies, and track and communicate project progressManage Project BudgetsEnsure projects costs are approved, track vendor work and ensure projects are kept on budgetReview and approve project invoices ensuring adherence to agreementsManage annual project budgetsEnsure project/initiative Requirements meet business needsGather high level business requirements from stakeholders and relay requirements to external or internal stakeholdersEnsure business requirements are translated into appropriate technical requirementsObtain feedback and sign‐off from relevant SMEs for all requirements, technical or otherwiseLiaise with external vendors and ensure all Statements of Work, Business Requirements,



and Solution Documents are sufficientTroubleshoot Project IssuesCoordinate with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders to find solutions to problems with urgencyEscalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolutionLead System/Platform EnhancementsMaintain detailed knowledge of operational platforms and functionalitiesAct as subject matter expert for key platforms participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to production deployments and ensure adequate testing plans are followedPlan and prepare for all system deployments coordinating with other managers to ensure all testing, training and release notes are understood in advanceCoordinate and sign‐off on production deployments with vendor during hours of release, coordinating with internal stakeholdersEvaluate Existing Processes and Investigate Solutions to Improve EfficiencyPeriodically review operational processes including by shadowing with front line staffStay current with all existing or upcoming functionality on 3rd party platforms used by the businessRecommend adoption of new functions or enhancements where appropriateInvestigate and demo external solutions and initiate deeper discovery where appropriatePrioritize current initiatives based on need and resource availability ensuring alignment with overall strategyAct as main operational lead with key software vendorsEstablish and maintain effective working relationship with key stakeholders at partnering vendors and potential partner vendorsMaintain regular check‐ins with existing vendors to ensure outstanding issues are resolved and projects are moved forward as agreedMonitoring all outstanding tickets with external vendors, tracking progress and expediting resolutionEnsure Compliance with Bank Policies for launching new initiativesCoordinate with other departments at Fairstone including Strategic Sourcing, Compliance, Legals, Technology, InfoSec, etc. and obtain approvals where neededFollow all prescribed project intake processes and push to keep projects moving forward and on trackAct as primary liaison between business and enterprise functions. Ensure projects adhere to the corporate project governance framework and represent the business in annual external reviews of project management controls and documentationFulfill enterprise requirements for vendor governance including periodic vendor reviews and attestationsEnsure Change Advisory Board (CAB) approvals are obtained prior to deployments, code changes or system upgradesWhat we're looking for 5+ years working in auto lending and 2+ years working in Product, Projects, Systems or Business Analyst rolesKnowledge of loan originations process including credit/underwriting, income verification, and fundingKnowledge of servicing, collections and recovery operationsFamiliarity with Loan Originations Systems, Loan Management Systems, loan application portals and decision enginesDemonstrated Project Management ExperienceDemonstrated Experience gathering business requirements and working with external vendorsExperience with User Acceptance Testing and system deploymentsProficient in analyzing technical logic and pseudo‐code within workflow tools and decision engines,



with expertise in assessing and providing feedback on logic expressions proposed by internal and external teamsFamiliarity with decision‐engine software preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make effective presentations and influence decision‐makingPreferred knowledge of the automotive finance life cycle, including industry regulations and best practicesDetail‐oriented and proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environmentAbility to collaborate and work in teams across functional and organizational boundariesCapable of devising strategies and translating strategic objectives into tactical execution plansStrong leadership and influence capabilities, with a proven track record of driving decision‐making to achieve end objectivesUniversity degree or college diplomaWorking condition This is a hybrid position.
