This position involves coordinating testing efforts, managing defect resolution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving process improvements to enhance overall quality and efficiency.Pay rate range (CAD): $61.59/hr – $73.91/hrResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the complete QA lifecycle for TSYS projects, including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-offCollaborate closely with business partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure testing requirements are metManage defect triage, conduct root cause analysis, and facilitate timely resolution of issuesEnforce QA standards, prepare test documentation, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelinesIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvements to optimize quality and operational efficiencyCoordinate testing efforts with onshore and offshore team members, ensuring clear communication and alignmentDesired Skill-Set5+ years of recent, hands-on TSYS experience,
