Application Support Engineer/Systems Engineer Top Skills Needed:

Description & Required Skills

Seeking a Senior Application Support / Systems Engineer.

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining application health, configuring observability and alerting solutions, triaging production incidents, troubleshooting performance and latency issues, and supporting Kubernetes-based environments.

Candidates should have robust experience with application support, dist ributed systems, monitoring/observability tools, CI/CD processes, incident management, and production troubleshooting.

Experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, distributed tracing, and cloud-based applications is required.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting large-scale retail or eCommerce platforms.

Familiarity with Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools.

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP Mandatory) and microservices architectures.
