Reporting to the Director of Investments, this role will lead and coordinate the due diligence of acquisition prospects and the transition of newly acquired communities onto the company’s operating platform, ensuring seamless execution across operations, finance, technology, human resources, branding, procurement, and capital projects. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives that directly impact portfolio growth and operational performance.Roles and ResponsibilitiesTransaction & Due Diligence SupportSupport acquisition diligence processes, including operational, capital,



and systems‑related workstreamsCoordinate information requests, site visits, consultant activities, and diligence reportingAssist in transition planning for management changes, branding updates, and vendor onboarding/offboardingWork closely with investments, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment between underwriting assumptions and integration executionAcquisition & Integration ManagementLead integration planning and execution for newly acquired seniors housing communitiesDevelop and maintain detailed integration workplans, timelines, trackers, and status reportingCoordinate cross‑functional workstreams including operations, finance, HR, IT, marketing, procurement, and resident transition initiativesFacilitate integration meetings and ensure accountability across stakeholdersIdentify risks, dependencies, and critical path items to support smooth executionMonitor post‑close integration milestones and support operational stabilization initiativesStakeholder Management & ReportingPrepare executive‑level reporting materials, dashboards, and project updatesAct as a central point of coordination between internal teams, external partners, operators,
