Key Responsibilities:
• Assist guests with menu inquiries in an informative way
• Check the quality and presentation of all food items
• Deliver food accurately to guest rooms with attention to detail




• Resolve complaints related to food quality efficiently
• Maintain and stock the In-Room Dining station as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in dining or hospitality
• Flexible availability for various shifts
• Understand luxury hotel service standards
• Active Serving it Right and Food Protected Level 1 certifications
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
