• Answer inquiries on the Shelter Support Line effectively • Implement client diversion strategies promptly • Manage and fill out detailed intake forms • Communicate regularly with emergency shelters and service providers • Monitor clients’ well-being and offer support

Requirements: • High school diploma with specialized addiction training • At least three months of related experience required • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel • Familiarity with PEI community resources for housing • First Aid/CPR certification and crisis intervention training needed
