You will deliver exceptional customer experiences by qualifying, managing & converting digitally generated sales opportunities into revenue. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.

Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound leads generated through digital marketing
- Identifying customer needs & sales potential
- Conduct outbound prospecting
- Build & maintain strong customer relationships virtually
- Quote & manage sales for used equipment, John Deere Precision Upgrade Kits & SurePoint Ag prod
- Collaborate with all dept to support customer needs
- Complete sales documents timely & accurately
- Stay current on products, tech & trends

Requirements





- Exceptional customer service & relationship mgmt
- Strong prospecting, lead qualification & follow-up
- Time mgmt, organizational & computer skills
- Self-motivated
- 2y+ sales exp, business dev, customer service, lead generation, or a related field preferred
- Passionate about ag, skill w/JD & competitive precision ag tech an asset
- Diploma/Bach Degr in Ag, Business, Marketing, Comm, or related
- Valid drivers licence
- Work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
