• Create preliminary estimates for warranty claims • Schedule vehicle repairs and process payments • Check-in collision vehicles and create work orders • Support customer inquiries regarding repairs and insurance • Proactively educate customers on the repair process

Requirements: • College diploma or two years' relevant experience • Bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software • Strong communication and customer service skills • Previous body shop or auto claims experience
