This individual will leverage deep experience with mechanical and electrical systems and guide engineering solutions from concept through assembly. As the business continues to scale rapidly, they need a leader who can manage engineering bottlenecks, work effectively with strong personalities, and remain committed to long‑term career growth within a tight‑knit, high‑performance team. and status reports.Support continuous improvement initiatives to remove engineering bottlenecks and help the business keep pace with increasing customer demand.QualificationsEngineering background ideal with strong understanding of manufacturing and production environments.Solid ability to read, interpret, and review engineering designs, schematics, diagrams, and system layouts in fast‑paced environments, working with Solidworks/AutoCAD.Extensive experience working with Industrial Hydraulics systems.Hands‑on mechanical aptitude—especially experience with assembly, troubleshooting, and a genuine interest in how systems are built.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to keep pace with rapid conversations, manage strong personalities, and provide clear technical direction.Able to work on‑site in North Vancouver (free parking provided).Pay: $100,000-120,000 annuallyPlease note that the posted pay range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
