We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Ice Cream Scooper to join the team at Glad’s for the fall and winter season, with the opportunity for the role to grow into a full-time position.

Compensation

$22/hour base pay + tips

Tips are estimated to add approximately $5-$15/hour during the fall and winter, bringing typical total earnings to around $28-$38/hour.

During our busy summer season, tips can reach an additional $20/hour, creating significant earning potential for someone who stays with us longer term.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous customer service, food service, café, or ice cream shop experience is strongly preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers




- Outstanding with kids and able to create a fun, welcoming experience for families
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Able to stay organized and positive during busy periods
- Willing to help with general shop duties, cleaning, restocking, and opening/closing tasks
- Interested in potentially growing into a long-term, full-time role

The Role

You’ll be serving ice cream and candy, helping customers choose flavours, keeping the shop clean and organized, processing transactions, and making sure everyone who comes through the door has a great experience.
