- Execute complex transactions and overrides accurately, on time, and according to guidelines, procedures, and SLAs
- Identify, document, and investigate transaction and process exceptions beyond first-level operations service delivery
- Coordinate with partners on key initiatives and lead or act as subject matter expert for small-scale projects
- Refer or adjust processing and operational issues to appropriate functions or partners
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery

Requirements

- Undergraduate degree/ college diploma
- 3+ year relevant experience
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the operating environment, business process and procedures, and transaction lifecycle for own area
- Sound level knowledge with some form of related training and/or related experience or skills
- Ability to execute standard and non-standard processes and requests of low to medium complexity with moderate to high-risk/financial impact
- General understanding of the overall function and/or businesses supported
- Ability to complete work within specifically defined parameters with guidance/direction from management as necessary
- Understanding of internal and industry regulations and trends
- Knowledge of risk management and control frameworks and methodologies related to operations activities, including Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Management
- Ability to exercise discretion in managing confidential information
- Ability to act as a brand ambassador for Global Operations & Business Services and the bank
