PROCESS OPERATOR – 24/7 SCHEDULE

Job Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the position holder is responsible for operating plasma systems and auxiliary equipment. As a member of Tekna’s production team, they will actively take part in the following activities:

Responsabilities

- Operate plasma systems;
- Operate auxiliary metal powder processing equipment;
- Perform various material handling tasks using equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, etc.;
- Perform tasks dedicated to quality control and process management;
- Participate in improving products, procedures, and work methods;
- Bottle and prepare finished products for shipment;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment;




- Comply with prescribed health and safety rules;
- Take part in equipment maintenance and upkeep, as well as plant cleaning;
- Participate in any other related tasks.

Qualifications

- Relevant work experience in an industrial setting;
- Ability to work independently;
- Versatile, rigorous, with a strong sense of initiative and valuable analytical skills;
- Comfortable with office software (Office suite).

Work Conditions

- 24/7 cycle schedule with 12-hour shifts (13 twelve-hour shifts per month)
- Salary: Hourly rate: $ /7, hourly premium: $4.00/hour
