Empower families at KidStrong as a part-time Member Experience Coach, focusing on creating welcoming and positive first impressions. You will help foster connections between families and the KidStrong community.
This role goes beyond typical reception duties, focusing on building relationships with members and ensuring the lobby maintains a warm, inviting environment. You will assist families during their visits, oversee trial enrollments, and handle front-of-house organization, all crucial to member satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage families as they arrive
• Support trial families with personalized experiences
• Organize lobby materials and maintain front-desk order




• Collaborate closely with coaches and staff
• Manage administrative tasks promptly
Requirements:
• Strong passion for working with children and families
• Enjoyable personality with transparent communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service or child programming
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Dependable, organized, and attentive to details
