This role ensures users have appropriate access based on job responsibilities, supports segregation of duties (SoD), enforces security policies, and partners with compliance, audit, and ERP teams to maintain a secure and well-controlled ERP workplace.Key Responsibilities:ERP Security & Access ManagementAdminister user access provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning within ERP systemsDesign, maintain, and enforce ERP security roles, profiles, and permissionsEnsure access aligns with the principle of least privilegeSupport onboarding, transfers, and terminationsSegregation of Duties (SoD) & ControlsMonitor and analyze segregation of duties conflictsSupport mitigation strategies and compensating controlsPartner with compliance and audit teamsReviews & MonitoringPerform periodic user access reviewsMonitor security logs and access exceptionsInvestigate ERP security incidentsChange Management & Risk SupportReview ERP security impacts of system changesParticipate in ERP risk assessmentsDocumentation & Audit SupportMaintain ERP security procedures and role documentationProvide audit evidence and support remediationCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner with ERP and IT security teamsRecommend automation and process improvementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field3–5 years of experience in ERP security or access managementHands-on ERP experience (QAD, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics)Understanding of IAM, SoD, and access controlsManufacturing or supply-chain ERP experienceCISA, CISSP, or Security+ certificationExperience with ERP GRC toolsKnowledge of SOX or ITGCsThe base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000 annually. In determining the rate of pay, Amphenol considers a variety of nondiscriminatory factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant industry experience, qualifications, skills, and education. It would be rare for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a given role.
