About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Remote HSE Advisor to support their extensive Oil & Gas operations. This position allows for remote work, providing expert guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters across diverse project sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a robust safety culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a commitment to safeguarding personnel and the environment from their home base, contributing to operational excellence from Kimberley (or any remote location).

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical advice and support on HSE matters to project teams and management.
- Conduct virtual risk assessments and develop appropriate control measures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HSE procedures and training materials.
- Monitor HSE performance metrics and prepare regular reports for review.




- Support incident investigation processes and ensure follow-up actions are completed effectively.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HSE professional, ideally within the Oil & Gas industry .
- Knowledge of relevant HSE legislation and best practices.
- Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
