This is an in‑person position. Candidates must be able to commute to Unionville. The role is not online and relocation packages are not available.

Position Requirements
- Teaching/tutoring experience with Grades 9–12 (or equivalent) math and science.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Strong math skills and ability to guide students’ understanding.
- Ability to multitask and support up to three students simultaneously.
- Commitment through the end of the school year is preferred; continuing through summer is even better.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or similar certification in a relevant field.
- Fourth‑year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered.
- Teaching certification is an asset.
- Good knowledge of the current Grades 9–12 math and science curriculum, especially senior math (Advanced Functions, algebra, trigonometry, calculus, vectors) and science (physics, chemistry, biology).
Responsibilities (Position Details)
- Teach up to three students at a time at different levels.
- Deliver instruction both in‑person and online (based on the Oxford Learning methodology).
- Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies.
- Mention post‑lesson notes and daily student communication updates.
- Maintain a friendly and professional manner at all times.
