OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and visionary ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Proactive Service Experience (PSE), Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in the telecommunications industry, with a solid grasp of TM Forum (TMF) frameworks, B2B telco processes, and API integration best practices. This is a strategic role focused on designing scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions that align with telco business models.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across PSE, OMT, and HAM modulesTranslate telco business requirements into scalable ServiceNow configurations and workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless API integrations with external systemsDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specs, and configuration guidesEnsure alignment with TMF standards and telco B2B operational modelsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teamsConduct architecture reviews, performance tuning,
