Our client, a progressive Recruitment Consultancy , is offering an exciting fully remote opportunity for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join their general staffing division. While based in Kimberley , you will connect talent with businesses across various sectors nationwide. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels in a virtual setting, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation. You will leverage advanced digital tools and communication strategies to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions, contributing to a flexible and efficient service delivery model that supports a broad range of clients and their staffing needs. Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment process for diverse roles across multiple industries remotely. Source, screen, and interview candidates using online platforms, video conferencing, and digital assessment tools. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive virtual communication and exceptional service delivery. Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).



Collaborate effectively with remote team members to share best practices and market insights. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators within a virtual setting. Requirements

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful placements. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously. Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Must be highly organized, self-disciplined, and adept at working independently in a remote setup. Proficiency in using modern recruitment technologies, including ATS and virtual collaboration tools. A commitment to providing an outstanding candidate and client experience remotely. Benefits
