About the Role

The Company is seeking a President & CEO to provide strategic, operational, and cultural leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the long-term direction of the organization, ensuring disciplined execution of strategy, and leading a high-performing executive team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company's robust record of operational excellence while championing innovation and continuous improvement. The President & CEO will also serve as the public face of the organization, building trusted relationships with various stakeholders, and will be expected to have exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and political acumen.





The ideal candidate for the President & CEO position at the company is an accomplished executive with a background in a complex, regulated, infrastructure-intensive, or public service environment. They should have a proven track record of strong strategic, financial, and business judgment, as well as experience in working with diverse stakeholders and Boards. The role requires a leader who is collaborative, pragmatic, and capable of navigating complexity to lead meaningful change. While not mandatory, experience in regulated utilities, municipal services, or another asset-intensive sector is considered an asset.
