Manage small and medium-sized projects or support delivery of larger, complex projects Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and specialty disciplines Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to support successful delivery outcomes Support client communications and serve as a day-to-day point of contact for project stakeholders Coordinate with contractors, subconsultants, regulatory authorities, and owner representatives throughout project delivery Support procurement, contract administration, project controls, and construction-phase services activities Prepare project reports, presentations, status updates, and project documentation Lead Design Build projects from planning through completion while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations Report to the Senior Project Manager - Property and Buildings and Team Leader Requirements

5-10 years of project delivery experience within the buildings, infrastructure, industrial, institutional, or public-sector markets Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project scope, schedule, budget,



and risk Understanding of project delivery methodologies and project governance principles Experience supporting projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out phases Solid communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and competing priorities Working knowledge of project management tools, financial management practices, and project reporting requirements Core Competencies
