In this full-time role, you will report to the General Manager and lead essential programs that promote employment, health, and family support. Successful management of government-funded initiatives and collaboration with community partners are key to effectively growing the Community Services division. Your leadership will ensure impactful service delivery while upholding YMCA values.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide operational oversight for various community programs • Support program evaluations and continuous improvement • Ensure compliance with funding agreements and quality expectations • Foster collaborations with external stakeholders • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for programs

Requirements: • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • 3-5 years senior-level leadership in service sectors • Experience in managing multiple locations and teams • Solid financial oversight capabilities • Ability to foster community partnerships
