Reporting to a CPA-led executive team, this newly created Senior Financial Analyst role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives while helping shape the future of the Finance function. The role is well suited to a CPA from public accounting with experience supporting NPO, healthcare, Long-Term Care, or other mission-driven organizations, as well as an industry professional with direct NPO finance experience looking to take on a broader operational finance role. You will have the opportunity to enhance financial processes, optimize systems, support government and Ministry reporting and funding requirements, contribute to strategic projects, and provide meaningful financial insights to operational leaders.

Located in the Niagara Region, this organization offers convenient access from Hamilton, Burlington, St. Catharines, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the CEO/CFO, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial operations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within a Long-Term Care environment. Responsibilities include: Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including variance analysis and providing financial insights to leadership. Prepare monthly financial reporting, Board reporting packages, Ministry reporting submissions, and stakeholder dashboards. Support compliance with Ontario Long-Term Care funding requirements, Ministry reporting obligations, and sector-specific financial regulations. Maintain the general ledger, perform
