10+ years of solid hands-on relevant experience with wired and wireless technologies, including routing/switching, firewalls, load balancing, cloud, SD-WAN, QoS, VoIP, optical, DHCP, DNS, monitoring tools, and CDN Expert-level network trace analysis skills Experience supporting a large and complex network environment Experience exploring and implementing automation for proactive monitoring and reducing incident resolution time Flexibility with on-call duties, rotation, and shift timing Deep technical knowledge of network platforms and application-network interactions Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, ACI, SD-WAN, wired and wireless networking, F5 load balancing,
