and workplace related concerns are addressed promptlyQualificationsValid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement and a clear 3-year driver’s abstractPrevious supervisory experience in highway maintenance, road construction, bridges or related field is requiredSnow plow experience is preferredStrong understanding of provincial and/or municipal highway maintenance specificationsProfessional written and verbal communication skillsComputer skills are an assetSuccessful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol and audiogram testingRates & PremiumsWill be provided a base hourly rate of $33.75/hrEligible to receive premiums starting at $8/hour, when performing winter maintenance operationsOperators will be eligible to receive a premium up to $14/hour when performing winter operations as a Class 1 operator and while operating the tow plow unitOperators who reside and work in Fox Creek will receive an additional $5/hr when performing winter maintenance operations (Applicable Oct 1 to April 30)Employment EquityAt Ledcor we believe diversity, equity, and inclusion should be part of everything we do.
