OverviewJoin the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a part‑time Team Leader who provides a brand experience for our customers. In this role, you will lead, train and motivate a high‑performance team while exceeding high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.ResponsibilitiesMaximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.Assist in ensuring appropriate and effective space‑management techniques are utilized.Maintain the Store graphics system (including pricing) effectively, focusing on customer service and maximizing profits.Ensure that all fixtures are always replenished.Evaluate and communicate competitor visual‑merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to grow our business.Train Sales Associates on visual‑merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.Motivate and develop a high‑performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand Vision and Values.RequirementsLeadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.Experience delivering employee training.Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing experience.Proficiency with point‑of‑sale automated systems.Experience with merchandise and visual merchandising maintenance.Physical ability to perform typical retail tasks: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching,



grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders; vision capable ofclosevision and depth perception; capacity to lift at least 30 lbs.Availability to work up to 30 hours per week.CompensationThe hourly wage ranges from $25.15 to $26.60. A bonus scheme offers an annual target bonus of 5% of the base salary, subject to contractual terms.
