The role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and minimizing downtime.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment.Service a fleet that may include aerial work platforms, general construction tools, HVAC systems, generators, pumps, and oil & gas equipment.Use and maintain required tools of the trade.Apply advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems to troubleshoot and repair equipment.Adapt to changing priorities in a quick-paced, safety-focused environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.Five or more years of technician experience with diesel or heavy equipment, and/or specialty lines such as generators, pumps, HVAC,



or oil & gas equipment.Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.Ability to be flexible with changing priorities and work safely indoors or outdoors.Must provide required tools of the trade.Physical DemandsThe role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, depending on the job.CompensationBase pay range: $32.53 – $44.72 per hour.
