The Boys and Girls Club Okanagan seeks a part-time Youth Worker for the Downtown Youth Centre in Kelowna, BC. You will create a fun, protected, and inclusive environment for youth, support basic needs, and lead engaging activities that promote growth, connection, and belonging.

Hours are 30 per week, Monday–Friday, 2pm–8pm, with a pay rate of $20.62 per hour. The role emphasizes supportive teamwork with families and volunteers and offers professional development and benefits where available.
