Job SummaryAs the Payroll Lead, you will manage the full‑cycle US payroll process, focusing on bi‑weekly payroll execution, new hire onboarding, employee changes, and compliance. You will be the main point of contact for retail stores and corporate employees, handle payroll inquiries, and support Canadian payroll processes as needed.Job ResponsibilitiesManage workflow and processing of bi‑weekly payrollNew hire onboardingCommunicate with retail stores for employee onboarding, pulling data from email and following up on outstanding issuesLaunch onboarding in ADP, follow up, and finalize the processCreate and maintain digital employee file foldersNew hire data entry into HRIS and payroll systemMaintain accurate data integrityAction and organize employee promotions, transfers, and general updatesProcess employment status changes and terminations in the system, ensuring compliance with state final pay regulationsAid in payroll reconciliation and preview processes, including ADP data audits, to ensure accurate and timely payrollDevelop and improve SOPs and payroll/HR processesMaintain US tax and payroll compliance across 25+ statesDeliver excellent customer service to all internal and external customersMaintain, update, and format Excel payroll reports on a daily, weekly,
