Job Title: Lead Hand / Driver - Hinton/RimbeyPosition SummaryThe Lead Hand / Driver is responsible for supporting daily operations by leading a small team while safely operating company vehicles, including a League NSC truck. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on work ethic, and proven experience in commercial driving and logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and drive a League NSC truck in compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standardsLead by example on-site, providing direction and support to crew membersCoordinate daily work assignments and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safelyPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and documentationEnsure proper loading, securing, and unloading of materialsMonitor job progress and communicate updates to supervisorsMaintain high standards of safety, housekeeping,
