This role involves working with youth aged 11-18, focusing on leadership and personal development using the SNAP Framework. Flexible evening hours are required to nurture a secure, therapeutic environment for growth.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage SNAP Boys Youth Clubs weekly • Communicate progress with youth families weekly • Support youth in achieving social and leadership skills • Participate in and supervise community field trips • Maintain accurate documentation for program activities
Requirements: • University or College Diploma in Child and Youth Work • 2+ years of related experience in youth work • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven multitasking and analytical abilities • Personal connection to diverse populations is beneficial
