Collaborates with staff, physicians, families and residents/patients, as well as external care providers to deliver care in response to the identified needs of patients and residents.DutiesPractice as a member of the multidisciplinary team to provide quality clinical care and teaching to patients, residents, and their families.Adheres to all policies and procedures.Supports and demonstrates the mission, vision and values of the organization.Other duties may be assigned and may not be limited to the scope of an individual department.QualificationsCurrent registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Practical Nurse and be a member in good standing.Practical Nursing Diploma or equivalent education and relevant experience.Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).12‑Lead ECG Interpretation Course or equivalent preferred.Gentle Persuasive Approach certificate preferred.Education and training related to dementia and geriatric care preferred (e.G., Montessori, restorative care approaches, palliative care).Recent clinical experience in an acute, primary,
