The ideal candidate would have ERP exposure (multi-currency/divisional).ResponsibilitiesFinancial ReportingOversee month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysisPrepare monthly financial statements and Board reportsMaintain and document financial controlsSupport complex accounting and consolidation activitiesAssist with year-end audit and consolidated statementsMaintain chart of accountsSupport Treasury with bank, AP, and AR reconciliationsFinancial Planning & AnalysisDrive budgeting and forecasting cycles and review budget variancesBuild and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs, sales trends, and marginsCollaborate with business leaders to deliver financial insights for decision‑makingSupport integration of acquisitions and new business initiativesTax & Statutory ComplianceCoordinate Canadian VAT (HST/PST/QST)
