The position can be based out of offices around the GTA, Ottawa or Nova Scotia providing flexibility and connection to regional teams.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, write, and edit proposals from kick‑off through delivery, ensuring clarity and compliance with WSP brand standards.Analyze RFPs and develop strategies that align with client needs and position WSP for success.Manage proposal schedules and facilitate collaboration across distributed teams to meet deadlines.Adapt CVs, project descriptions, and boilerplate content to create compelling submissions.Support interview preparation and develop presentations that resonate with clients.Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in debriefs and refining best practices.QualificationsExperience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or Professional Services field.Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role,
