About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Manufacturing and Network Operations to play a pivotal role in the global supply chain, particularly in the context of the increasing demand for cloud and AI networking infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the company's growth strategy into a scalable and resilient manufacturing capability, with a focus on quality, cost competitiveness, and supply assurance. This leadership position involves managing a complex network of contract manufacturers, ensuring the ability to rapidly adapt production to meet customer demand,

and leading initiatives for continuous improvement and operational excellence. The VP will also be tasked with building and leading a world-class manufacturing operations organization and will be expected to have a solid background in engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and an MBA being a plus.

Key responsibilities for the VP of Manufacturing and Network Operations at the company include owning overall manufacturing capacity readiness, governing CM relationships at the executive level, leading manufacturing engineering, and owning manufacturing quality systems. The role requires a deep knowledge of manufacturing processes for complex networking, telecom, or datacenter hardware, and a proven track record in driving quality, yield improvement, and cost reduction programs in an outsourced manufacturing model. Experience in managing global manufacturing networks amid trade and supply disruptions, as well as strong negotiation and executive relationship management skills, are essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in manufacturing and operations leadership, with a significant portion of that time spent managing outsourced CM manufacturing at scale.
